Technical Training & Vocational Courses Awareness Program
A technical training & vocational courses awareness program was held on Sunday 22nd Dec 2019 at 10:30am at Al-Murtaza School. The details of the program are as under:
- Tilawat by Syed Abdullah Jalal Naqvi.
- 25 guests and 150 students with parents attended.
- 50 students from Qamer e Bani Hashim School.
- 70 students from The Learning House School.
- 30 students of ZES with parents.
- Master of Ceremony Mr. Ahmed Poonawala
- Welcome address by Mr. Mohammed Ali Merchant, Hon. Jt Secretary.
- Speech by M. Kaleemuddin from Karigar Training Institute
- Speech by Mr. Jibran Ahmed Khan from Memon Industrial & Technical Institute (MITI) ➢ Speech by Syed. Ali Jawad Zaidi from SMA Rizvi Textile Institute
- Speech by Mr. Jawaid Sheikh from AMANTECH.
- Vote of Thanks given by Mr. Mohammed Ali Merchant, Hon. Jt. Secretary.
- Question and answer session.
- Dua by Syed Abdullah Jalal Naqvi.
- In the end refreshments were served.
After Tilawat-e-Quran by Syed Abdullah Jalal Naqvi, the Master of Ceremonies, Mr. Ahmed Poonawala, introduced the audience to the format of the program and also introduced the first speaker, Mr. Mohammed Ali Merchant, Hon. Jt. Secretary, ZES who welcomed the participants and introduced ZES and highlighted the importance and potential of technical training. His speech was followed by the speeches of, Mr. M. Kaleemuddin from Karigar Training Institute, Mr. Jibran Ahmed Khan from Memon Industrial & Technical Institute (MITI), Syed Ali Jawad Zaidi from SMA Rizvi Textile Institute and Mr. Jawaid Sheikh from AMANTECH. Each speaker explained his respective institute, courses offered and job placement process. Thereafter Question and Answer session took place. The participant mostly questioned about the course fee structure and timing. Vote of thanks was given by Mr. Mohammed Ali Merchant, Hon. Jt. Secretary. The program ended with Dua by Syed Abdullah Jalal Naqvi. During the open session, students approached the desks set up by the institutes and sought more information as per their individual desires. During this time ZES representatives remained available to provide further details to the students as well as their parents.
